There are absolutely NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES for SoulFest Tickets. This is a Rain or Shine event. If CANCELLATION occurs due to inclement weather or natural disaster, SoulFest will provide a 75% discount off of the 2009 Gate prices. You must return your wristbands, and a certified check or money order, payable to New Sound, by October 1, 2008. SoulFest 2008 tickets have no value after October 1, 2008. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges if any of the artists cancel. The schedule is subject to change.
