Q: Why is the "Processing Fee" added to my order and what is it for?
A: The Processing Fee is the only fee that you will be charged in addition to the price of the items being purchased. This fee consists of $10.00 ($5 for concert series) to cover the expenses and associated costs incurred in maintaining the store. We strive to keep these fees lower than other ticket outlets. Q: When will my SoulFest passes arrive?
A: Initially all SoulFest orders will be sent out in May 2007. After that time, all orders will be sent out on a weekly basis until mid-July 2007. All orders placed after that date will be held for at the door unless special shipping services have been purchased.
Q: Why is a "Shipping Fee" added to my order?
A: Shipping fees cover the additional costs for the shipping method you choose while placing your order.
Q: When will my concert tickets arrive?
A: All concert tickets will be mailed no later than two weeks prior to the show. All orders after that date will be held at the door "will call" line. Please print your receipt and bring it to the door with a photo ID.
Q: When will the box office open during concerts?
A: Under normal conditions, the Box Office for Door Ticket purchases will open the same time as the door time for that show. To avoid waiting in lines, we encourage you to pre-purchase your tickets at least two weeks in advance of the show so than can be mailed directly to you.
Q: What about Handicap Access?
A: Keeping in mind that this is an outdoor festival on a mountain with no built in handicap considerations, we will do the best we can to accommodate. You might consider relocating to the premium seating section. Please contact the box office 978-346-4577 with any special needs.
Q: What about Handicap Parking?
A: SF honors all state issued Handicap parking plates. There will Handicap parking in the reserved section close to the main gate. For Special accommodations notify our office 978-346-4577.
